I'm Diamonde (Dy-mond). I get energy from operating at the intersection of intuition and analysis. I enjoy diving into research, understanding the story behind data, crafting narratives and approaches, and empowering teams and partners to deliver in their zones of genius. I also discovered that I love to do deals due to the ingenuity that can be applied to their structure, the focus on applying assets optimally, the fact that incentives are at the forefront (I'm a human behavior nut), and the fact that they can accelerate momentum if it's the right bet.
I've been fortunate to found a company that generated revenue and changed how people showed up in their craft and have been able to onboard onto awesome projects and be impactful across the innovation ecosystem.
My super power is being a somatic, deconstructor with an analytical mind that has an uncanny ability to build rapport with complexity, identify opportunities, and deliver measurable value faster than others through pattern matching and connecting disparate insights that surface non-obvious paths.
I've been fortunate enough to have been every "type" of product manager there is. Building ML products to rolling out a design system to growing a key metric from 20k to 8M whilst leading highly technical teams has enabled me to generate a foundational framework for most product problems.
As defined by John Lewis, I'm a creator of “good trouble” by nature. I developed a feedback framework called "SABINS". I launched Indeed’s first set of People Manager expectations, enhanced the APM recruiting process to be more equitable, and led a cultural revitalization for a Top 10 Undergraduate Business School.
I have track record of crafting novel Business and Go-To-Market strategies for large Enterprises and early-stage start-ups. Using systems thinking to exploit an organizations most high fidelity assets and crafting a utilization strategy and story around them gives me energy.
As the Founder of Full-Stack Product Manager, I dedicate time to building the next generation of builders and thinkers. We've curated a best-in-class curriculum to enable early-career PMs to excel in mid-sized organizations. Prior to the launch of my own edtech organization, I supported the product education of adult learners by piloting 2U education's first Product Management Bootcamp, and I currently serve as a Founder coach, curriculum curator, and instructor for college students through the Black Venture Capital Consortium.
